Parliament : Constitutional Place OR A Drama Set ????

Parliament as mentioned in the constitution is supreme legislative body in India. It holds the responsibility to make and amend laws of our country and solve other national issues. In-spite of such a status added to it, what we see in daily newspaper is not which bill passed or which law amended but only about disruptions in the parliament proceedings.Track record of parliament proceedings says that 38% of scheduled time lost due to disruptions.

Some of our politicians are so well educated and laborious and have will to transform the country. But what we saw yesterday was all opposite to this. Mirchi spray on Telangana Bill was not the act of an educated person. Is it a way of showing agitation in such a holy place? This shows how much our country is lacking in moral values that even our representatives are behaving in such a manner.

WHO is answerable to these disruptions? No one will take initiative and try to better the situation. In that case parliament should make laws to protect the reputation of the parliament. Because no other option is left. We can't give moral lecture to politician. But there is always a ray of hope even in darkness.
